Manual retail fit-out is a tedious process, which requires a significant amount of effort to collect, analyze and communicate up-to-date information to different stakeholders. Commissioned by Lendlease Malaysia, our team has decided to deliver a digital bespoke solution, which will be entirely responsible for effective tenancy coordination.

Lendlease is a company that brings together expertise in infrastructure, design, planning, development, construction, investments, and management to create unique and sustainable developments and places across the globe.

Our objective was to create a cloud-based application that automates the labor-intensive process in the tenancy coordination workflow. Our aim was to design a system that helps the TC team collaboratively manage the entire retail fit-out process, eliminating the need for Excel sheets, disorganized email correspondence, and physical documents.

The LLTC system not only makes the retail fit-out process more efficient, but also offers analytics that play an important role in retail management, as they enable retailers to gain insights to improve their operations and profitability.
